The restaurant was bustling but not overwhelming, with a warm, family-friendly vibe. Service was attentive and friendly—staff went above and beyond. Portions were generous overall; the cornbread was adorable but small for six, while the jambalaya and turkey pot pie hit the right size. Kids loved the cheeseburger and Mac and cheese (not Kraft!). The food was great, the staff was friendly, and the prices very reasonable. I definitely recommend eating here. We went for lunch after touring the estate, and we were able to sit at the bar, but I definitely recommend making reservations as it gets crowded (or, if there's a waiting list, walk around the two big gift shops while you wait).

Seems to be just a tourist type of food. Fried tomatoes appetizer was good. hoe cake appetizer.. are not hoe cakes, I think they are very close to a traditional pancake. Maple old fashion, did not have luxardo cherries (only traditional dessert marichino cherries with stems) and no notes of maple.
