“Quality of basic is top notch from O-rings to the burgers to the salad. There’s something for everybody. Jamie the owner is very personable and if you’re new, gives great recommendations for food or drinks. Basic has the best cocktail menu in the whole square. I recommend the Chicago dog or the burger but if you can make it on the weekends the bagel sandwiches are delicious and everything is reasonably priced.“

“So the location of this Bun Papa is a little confusing because it's basically inside of another restaurant called the Beeliner Diner. That is, the Beeliner Diner serves Bun Papa's food.

The service was very helpful and pleasant. Seating at both tables and a central counter.

The Bun Papa Deluxe tasted very good, but the bun didn't hold up through the entire meal and started to break apart as I finished. No big problem, just a tad annoying.

When I heard they were essentially reopening the first five guys I had to check this place out and honestly it was like they were working at a higher standard than most other stores to live up to it being the original or something.
