Terrible. online order said didn't go thru but was charged. had to wait in drive-thru to pick it up. lobby is was always been closed. and food was all cold. TERRIBLE
I mean out of all of the computer generated suggestions, none of them apply to this location. if you have their app don't bother to use it here! I have tried multiple different times to order food and the order has not been ready, they haven't known about it, and I've never gotten it. My last experience was yes later in the evening, I place an order before closing time and when I arrive to pick it up there were two workers there, both of which ignored me. Arby's offers quick service with hot, fresh meals. While the food remains a typical Arby's experience, there have been recent complaints about the staff's attitude, with some customers feeling that the employees seemed uninterested in their work. Despite this, the friendly staff and great tasting food still make it worth a visit. One customer noted the Turkey Bacon Ranch combo as pretty decent, although there were only two customers in the restaurant while employees were seen talking and watching videos on their phones. There was a slight issue with extra lettuce on the gyros, as one customer experienced a charge for it despite being told otherwise. Overall, Arby's is still an excellent choice when in the area, but customers should be attentive to their orders.
