“Not sure I have been to a coldstone creamery before. Great experience! Ice cream is expensive everywhere so don't expect low prices (spent $14 on two small bowls.) But the employees were patient and good at explaining everything how it worked and offered a sample to my son. They seemed to get along well and were heard being respectful to all customers. You don't always get good customer service with young staff at these kinda places so it is worth noting and being appreciative of. If you are making a left out of the parking lot be careful with the traffic on Oyster Point Road!“

I was extremely surprised when unfortunately I ordered a cake with another business and they canceled, fortunately I called small cake Smithfield and I was able to successfully submit an order and pick it up next day. I would recommend 10/10.“

“The young woman was working alone so it was 20 min before I got my fix. Her coworker was to come in at 3 and it was 315 and she was still alone. There were 9 customers in the store, I was 4th in line. She made me a fresh waffle bowl. I'd be screaming to the high heavens but in today's society what can a lowly worker do? It's the same issues at my job so I understand.“
