Came right as they opened, having been looking for a place to try something new. I have no experience with Puerto Rican food but the server was extremely kind and answered any questions we had! She gave suggestions and explained some items. The food was so perfect! I loved the fried plantains, and the beans with the rice on the side were amazing! I'd go back there to try more!
Just had a flashback of the tripleta I had from here in 2021, as I try to figure out what to have for breakfast. Back in 2019, my coworker fell in love with this place. She found the food authentic and a taste of home. The pic she sent me of the mofongo looked amazing. In April 2021, she brought in a tripleta for breakfast one day and shared it with me. Delicious!
