I experienced a mixup with the staff on site and was supposed to pick up a dozen donuts after preordering them last night. Upon arriving to the location I was told that the doughnuts were not there and that they were given to DoorDash orders instead. After leaving the site, one of the owners reached out and immediately corrected the mistake made by the staff member and gave me my order free of charge.
