I would say my experience at this location for lunch was excellent from the service to the food. Everything was rotated and replenished as it should be, refills were on point and everything was so clean. I don’t even live in Newport News and I would recommend this relocation so keep up the good work.
We have ate here in past years and definitely a lot has changed. Service was not very inviting. We got there about 15 mins after opening and waited at register for I know 20 mins.
You would think food would have been hot but it wasn’t.
Waiter was not friendly.
May find other locations to eat when we travel in the direction for that reason.

The only reason I am giving them 3 stars is due to the quality of the food. It would be 1 star due to the catering manager Mr Wells. Planned a 90th BDay party for my father, called and placed an order a month in advance for 100 people with the catering mgr Mr Wells. He told me I would need to come in and pay half down and the order would be in his catering book if he was not available. Arrived in VA early to pay the deposit was told there there is NO catering book and my order...
