Hardee's in Newport News

“So the manager and the assistant manager are very nice to deal with, they always make sure that you have what you need, and our very friendly, but the other employees that work there or kind of racial in my opinion, when you go in there if you're white, they totally ignore you when you try to talk to them, and they seem like they don't like white people. I bought it to the assistant manager's attention, and she said she cannot help what they do when she's not there, but she would mention it to them. I was in there this past Sunday getting breakfast, and I still had standoffish attitudes. Maybe the people that own it can do something about it, it's not good for business.“

“Stuff maybe new but the negative comments uncalled for about the other customers !!! I'm not mad at a wait for fresh food! Last time everything was fresh but burger bread was so hard and it was cold couldn't eat it .when I called was placed on hold with a greeting until I hung up 12mins of waiting“

“Went to drive thru window. I was picking g up 3 different people's lunch from church projects.
I ask to be able to pay for each separate.
I was told they could only process two separate orders at drive thru. so they took the order and I pulled to drive thru window. I paid for one order and then explained that I had 40 dollars to pay for the other order. the clerk at the register called her supervisor I guess, to the drive thru window and said I told you it was only 2 separate orders at drive thru. You should have came in and placed the order. I was just trying to get the correct change to give back to the person with that order. I guess I should had her give me change for one of the $20 bills.“

“This is the best meal that I’ve ever had at Hardee’s… The food was fresh… the customer service was excellent and the facility was amazingly clean… I sat there for about 30 minutes and they handed every customer with professionalism and respect…Whenever I’m on this side of the water, I will stop in…“
