The only reason I am giving it the rating is the food is ok not good, but alright. Service by the young lady was good until she turned to ask a question and then ignored me in drive thru when asking about management. The manager that was helping her was rude. I don't appreciate being told rudely that I should have read the menu better when I knew what I was wanting to get. There are better ways to respond to customers.
Wish I could give zero stars. Customer service was absolutely horrific and the food was even worse. Ordered pick up and didn’t get my sauces, the “gravy” was basically water, and the rest of the food was subpar. This establishment should be shut down. Disgusting!

We ordered our food online, 8 piece family meal and 8 strips,and paid online. We pulled up and was told they ONLY have thighs in original and 1 breast 3 legs and all wings in Extra Crispy. We asked to accommodate us for the missing breast and was told, "They can't do that!"
