The pho is absolutely on point. This could easily stand up into the competition in San Jose or Houston. Pho is all about the broth, and pho 83 delivers.
Atmosphere and service are correct for a pho shop. This is casual family friendly food, not white tablecloth fine dining.
As a bonus, they are one of the few restaurants where they do the kids menu right - no chicken nuggets, instead it's kid portions of the actual food.
