Did an online order and got to the pickup window, when I asked for more barbecue sauce they rudely told me it all was in the bags. I pulled up and checked our bags and noticed we were missing a double stack. Had to go back in drive thru as the dining area is closed. When we told her we were missing it and she rudely said yeah we have it up here. They handed us a bag with a sandwich (didn't even say sorry) which we thought was it till we got home. Few not wear masks, most others not wearing them properly. Not satisfactory. Won’t patronize it again. Manager not doing their job.

However, the staff is available for inside orders, and the dining area remains clean. The food is delicious and even superb on good days. One customer noted that the ketchup pumps were out, but a nice young man behind the counter provided packets instead. Overall, the experience is much better than at other nearby Wendy's locations.
