“This past weekend I had the great opportunity to experience their pulled pork and beef brisket at the Manassas Farmers Market and have to say I was extremely pleased. Pork was tasty and tender, beef just as good. Even though sauces were given with my order, they weren't needed. The meat was just that well-seasoned and flavorful. But I did try both sauces later while eating, and both sweet and vinegar were equally good. Bought a good sized portion of both meats, put them in zip locks, and I'm still eating days later. Don't just buy to eat right there, buy more! Otherwise you'll probably be having longing dreams about having more until the next Farmers Market! Highly recommended!“
“As someone who was born and raised in NYC and lived for 10 years in Orlando, FL, the food at the Puerto Rico Cafe in Manassas, VA is an unexpected slice of home. A throwback to my youth and a way to embrace my culture and introduce others to the wonderful foods of Puerto Rico. And the service? Above and beyond. I am so grateful for the opportunity to enjoy the food and the ambience and the chance to expose others to Puerto Rican food.“
“Great little sandwich spot with solid local beer offerings. Staff were super friendly and we loved that they have a decent selection of boardgames to play while you wait for food or while you're having a couple of beers. We love their hot dogs and cheesesteak sandwiches, though its the type of place you can't go wrong with any of their offerings.“
“We ordered the Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich and Fish and Chips. Food was ouststanding with customer service to match. We live an hour away and asked to keep the the containers open til pick-up. The staff and owner were very accomidating and went above and beyond to ensure freshness and crisp. Very happy with our experience.Tip: Get all the housemade sauces!! Typically when you order a chicken housesauce it taste pretty similar but they have a unique take on their Shack Sauce that I did not expect. Same goes for their Housemade Ranch.“
“My first time having Suya but definitely not the last! Suya Square was at Lowe’s in Manassas today and I had the pork Suya with spicy sauce and it was amazing. The crew working there were awesome as well, it was an excellent experience and I can’t wait to find them again.“
“Gala Cuisine truly made the food experience at our wedding perfect from start to finish! We LOVED the different options they provided and our planning process with them prior to the big day. Chef Aimee was incredible to work with and, on the day of our wedding, our guests kept raving about the food for both cocktail hour and the reception. Their staff were also kind, attentive, professional, and courteous. We could not recommend Gala Cuisine enough!“
“Wow, what a great random find. I had some time to kill in the morning and decided to go for a drive to the little shops center in Nokesville. I saw that this bakery was open, so I decided to stop in. The lady working the store was very nice and greeted me. I got some Argentinian chicken and beef empanadas and croissants and a cookie. All it took was one bite to know I would be a returning customer. The empanadas are lightly buttered on the outside and had a nice flakey crust. The filling was delicious and seasoned well. It weren't too oily or dry like some that I've had before! It came with very good house made chimichurri sauce. The lady there told me their croissants were some of her favorites, so I had to try. Wow , I wasn't expecting how good they were. It's a little more dense than a regular french croissant and the outside has a light sweet glaze, while still having a light crispy, buttery outer crust . My daughter loves it too. I'm so happy to find this bakery. They do catering and custom cakes too. Definitely worth visiting if you're in the area!“
