She is a true jewel and a "must have" in the hospitality industry. Her attention to the wants, desires, wishes, needs, limits, boundaries, budget, and dreams of the wedding family was exceptional. She was intentional with her advice and direct with her communications. Juanita embraces an old-school personal hands-on approach to customer service that's missed in this digital society we must tolerate now. we discovered that Her staff marches to the same beat. They are responsive and intuitive. On the day of the wedding... OMG... it wasn't enough that the food was delicious, but THE STAFF'S PROFESSIONALISM AND SUPERB SERVICE was outstanding!!! Bravo. “I recently heard about My Cravingsz through at event with the International Business Council event with the Prince William Chamber of Commerce where the son of the family owned business was speaking. I am so happy I had the change to try it today with my Aunt, who was visiting from out of town. We both loved it! What a beautiful place with so many delicious offerings! Randomly googled best cheesecakes in the Woodbridge area because my brother loves cheesecake (TBH not my favorite until...) The owner (i do not think i ever officially got her name) is SO sweet. She is attentive, will give her thoughts on some flavor pairings, and is pleasant to work with. The huge order we got arrived on time and as promised and OMG was so good. Every time I go, I can’t help but feast since they’re so delicious. Not only are the pastries outstanding, but the woman who runs the bakery stand is incredibly friendly and welcoming. All we did was give the name of the high school and gave the decorator freedom to design. They designed an awesome cake using the school colors, even including the school crest. It was a showcase piece of the party.“
