She is a true jewel and a "must have" in the hospitality industry. Her attention to the wants, desires, wishes, needs, limits, boundaries, budget, and dreams of the wedding family was exceptional. She was intentional with her advice and direct with her communications. Juanita embraces an old-school personal hands-on approach to customer service that's missed in this digital society we must tolerate now. we discovered that Her staff marches to the same beat. They are responsive and intuitive. On the day of the wedding... OMG... it wasn't enough that the food was delicious, but THE STAFF'S PROFESSIONALISM AND SUPERB SERVICE was outstanding!!! Bravo. “We ordered a variety of flavors in the mini pie size for my son's wedding. It happened to be Pi Day so they were perfect for wedding favors! Everyone LOVED them! They were a huge hit and we've heard nothing but rave reviews from our guests. I really can't say enough about A La Mode, not only were the pies amazingly good (both the filling and the perfect crust) but all of our interactions were great too. Truly the sweetest people! She is attentive, will give her thoughts on some flavor pairings, and is pleasant to work with. The huge order we got arrived on time and as promised and OMG was so good. “I recently heard about My Cravingsz through at event with the International Business Council event with the Prince William Chamber of Commerce where the son of the family owned business was speaking. I am so happy I had the change to try it today with my Aunt, who was visiting from out of town. We both loved it! What a beautiful place with so many delicious offerings! “Went during the early afternoon with my husband, tried the red velvet cupcakes, boba milk tea, and Vietnamese latte. The cupcakes were very rich and the frosting was a thick cream rather than the overly whipped, sugary style most places use.

The staff was very pleasant and accommodating. Our cashier was clearly new but polite and friendly, and we could see how supportive the management was. We went back for cupcakes to take home to family; we have a member with a chocolate allergy and the staff offered to pipe a fresh order for us so we wouldn't have to worry about cross contamination from the front case, *and* packed them separately!
