7 Spices Caribbean Soul Reviews
The initial pulling into the parking lot to me gives dirty vibes. but I was so hungry I went ahead and tried it even tho my instinct was telling me to just leave, (side note , I should have listened go my instincts) the glass door upon entering was filthy full of fingerprints , smears, etc as if it hadn't been cleaned for weeks/ months. red flag number 2 . the entry way after you open front door was dirty & smelled dirty ( I should have left at that moment) then the actual restaurant...read full review
Decided to try a new soul food place. Was excited to try. Got a side order of Mac and cheese. The outside was covered in oil, a small side of Mac is $5. Came with undercooked pasta I had to spit out. Flavor was ok not worth the overinflated price unless it was really good. 2.5 out of 5 stars. Nice staff and good atmosphere. I just can’t justify paying another $5 to try another side just based on my first experience
An amazing place to get great food from people with beautiful hearts!!

7 Spices Caribbean Soul is a charming restaurant that serves flavorful dishes at a good price. The owner's personal interaction with customers is a warm touch. The menu offers a range of options, including Curry Chicken with Rice, Smothered Pork Chop Mac n Cheese and Greens Beans, and Oxtail Peas n Rice, Yams, and Greens Beans. While the location may not be visually stunning, the food more than makes up for it. The owner is proactive and helpful in case of any issues, making 7 Spices a welcoming and reliable choice for a delicious meal. The oxtail was unbelievably tender, seasoned to perfection, and swimming in a rich, flavorful gravy. The curry goat was deeply spiced, fall-apart tender, and full of bold, savory flavor. The curry chicken had that comforting, home-cooked quality with a delicious kick of Caribbean spice. The candied yams and cabbage were the perfect complement to every dish.
