I bought a salted pretzel 🥨 from the Prime Outlet in Norfolk, Va. When I started eating the pretzel 🥨 it tasted like it was sitting under the heat lamp for hours.

I waited 20 minutes while they served the people in front of me with exactly what I had ordered. After waiting so long with no progress, I gave up and requested a refund. As I was getting the refund, the manager blamed me for the situation.

Didn’t give me the pretzel or sauce I asked for, but charged me for it. Maybe I could have gotten what I’d ordered if they were complaining about their jobs less. Amazingly unprofessional. I’ll be disputing the charge with my card.

Pretzels were delicious, along with the pretzel bites. I would have given 5 stars on food if it were not for this fly at the bottom of the cheesy pepperoni pretzel bites. Service subpar and inattentive.

Do not order pick up at this location as they never have the order ready nor is it ever correct. Every time 🤦🏽‍♀️😢 Food tastes great though ♥️ Recommend to order at location.

Food isn’t that good. Only top part is good. Rest in the cup is pretty much dough. Drink isn’t bad but visually is totally different.

First time here with my son never had one of their pretzels. My son already apart of rewards program sign stated can get ANY SIZE drink for a dollar well that's a Lie girl charged us 4.59 even using the app claiming you pay first . WHAT ??? WE didn't argue he just asked her one more time she said same thing so he said ok I won't come back again EVER I won't either !!! As a matter of fact it was after we were handed out pretzels and drinks they cut the lights on and yes it was after 12:00 . 2 Pretzels 2 med drinks 18.53

Went to the outlet just to get a pretzel. Online It says they close at 8 but at 7:09 they were slamming the door in my family’s face. Change your time online or stay open until you’re suppose to. It is horrible customer service to snatch the door closed talking about you’re closed when you are suppose to be open!

*****ATTENTION GENERAL MANAGER*****PLEASE Get better staff ASAP!!!! There should be no reason people come to the outlet to have an enjoyable day, stop to eat , only to have to deal with your very rude, unprofessional staff. I believe the youth should definitely have gainful employment, however they should also be trained in customer service. The cashier the worked that on 12/2/23, was extremely unprofessional and will make you loose customers. This location give the brand a bad name!

I enjoy visiting Auntie Anne for the pretzels. The food is tasty and the service is usually very good.

Stopped in other day to get a pretzel. Staff were talking about other employees and had to wait til they were done to place my order. 2 times requested no ice in soda but got ice. Prices for a pretzel now a days is outrageous.
