The pretzel was hard, the guy taking the order spoke lower than low and acted like he didn’t want to be there. I was surprised that they actually had 2 burnt pretzel wrapped hotdogs sitting out on display. I won’t be returning back to this location.

Dirty, terrible sense of urgency from the very young staff. A bunch of folks just leaning. Durga stocking caps etc. but no beard nets in site. I had to ask for my order after waiting for 15 minutes for an order of nuggets no butter. Then they didn’t even fill the cup up. They didn’t say thank you or apologize for the wait. Smh. I’ll never patronize this location again.

I had got a large order of the pepperoni pretzel bites and they were made to order so I thought everything was fine. Since then it’s took me 5 days to be able to keep anything down including water. I was hit with debilitating food poisoning.

I bought a salted pretzel 🥨 from the Prime Outlet in Norfolk, Va. When I started eating the pretzel 🥨 it tasted like it was sitting under the heat lamp for hours.

I waited 20 minutes while they served the people in front of me with exactly what I had ordered. After waiting so long with no progress, I gave up and requested a refund. As I was getting the refund, the manager blamed me for the situation.

Didn’t give me the pretzel or sauce I asked for, but charged me for it. Maybe I could have gotten what I’d ordered if they were complaining about their jobs less. Amazingly unprofessional. I’ll be disputing the charge with my card.

Pretzels were delicious, along with the pretzel bites. I would have given 5 stars on food if it were not for this fly at the bottom of the cheesy pepperoni pretzel bites. Service subpar and inattentive.

Do not order pick up at this location as they never have the order ready nor is it ever correct. Every time 🤦🏽‍♀️😢 Food tastes great though ♥️ Recommend to order at location.

Food isn’t that good. Only top part is good. Rest in the cup is pretty much dough. Drink isn’t bad but visually is totally different.

First time here with my son never had one of their pretzels. My son already apart of rewards program sign stated can get ANY SIZE drink for a dollar well that's a Lie girl charged us 4.59 even using the app claiming you pay first . WHAT ??? WE didn't argue he just asked her one more time she said same thing so he said ok I won't come back again EVER I won't either !!! As a matter of fact it was after we were handed out pretzels and drinks they cut the lights on and yes it was after 12:00 . 2 Pretzels 2 med drinks 18.53

Went to the outlet just to get a pretzel. Online It says they close at 8 but at 7:09 they were slamming the door in my family’s face. Change your time online or stay open until you’re suppose to. It is horrible customer service to snatch the door closed talking about you’re closed when you are suppose to be open!
