“Z / Neek was amazing! She corrected my meal so it was less money because we didn’t understand that it was cheaper. She deserves a raise! The staff outside near the window was awesome too. My only concern is that we live in a world where someone like Z is afraid to speak her mind and teach me something new! So I’ll be a smart ass for her so she no longer needs to be afraid of her bill of rights being violated.“

“they do well here considering the high demand, but its frustrating that most of the time when i order a sunjoy with unsweetened tea, i am given one with sweet tea, so i end up paying an upcharge for a drink i dont even want. would be nice if i could get a discount for not getting a drink with a combo, or if they had iced coffee“

“I had such a delightful experience at Chick-fil-A in Norfolk, Virginia! The staff was incredibly welcoming and efficient, making our visit truly special. A huge shoutout to Desi, who went above and beyond to make my 3-year-old daughter feel special. Desi gifted her a plush cow toy and a complimentary drink gift card, which completely made n day. It's rare to encounter such genuine kindness and care, and it turned a simple lunch stop into a memorable moment. The food was great, as always, but the exceptional service is what really stood out. Thank you for the experience!“
