Out of this world customer service!!! Amy took my call for a cake to be delivered and referred me to Postmark to save me $$. Ice Cream cake was colorful and creative, not to mention delicious! Ordered a cake for my nephew from 1600 miles away and it was perfect, delivered and hour later. Amazing ice cream shop, great product, phenomenal customer service, amazing owner!!!
I came here one night and it was worth the visit. This location is like any other location. The line was pretty long but I'm giving them a good review because it was spacious inside compared to the others. It was very clean, parking wasn't an issue at all and the ice cream was amazing. I also want to mention the staff there was really nice and welcoming. It was a great experience and I recommend checking out this location.

The best ice cream ever!! I love this cold stone their service is always great! They go over and beyond for their customers and they really make you want to come to them all the time. I have been to the other one in va beach it’s not as good and they alittle bit more expensive in va beach. Anytime i have a craving for some ice cream i always go to the one in Norfolk, they are the best.
