Always forget my straw an never get napkins , when I ask for no ice they respond with “I thought you said extra ice “ the cheese bites are over cooked 30% of the time. ( there drive-though intercom is from the 60s ) horrible sound

The service has been improved lately, the microphone is still a bit hard to here, but even when the line is long it goes fast and being open late is awesome when most of the other places are closed, I like the paper boxes and not melty Styrofoam, it's a solid choice for quick eats

Ive been to several of these across VA and SC....I really like the charbroil of the burger. I also like that its actual ground beef with a chargrilled flavor. (Im aware there is such a thing as charging seasoning...but even still if that's what they is its good.) Consistent across all of them, so I know what to expect. Hot freshly made food, prepared quickly, with friendly service.
