Chris and his team catered the donut section at our wedding and they were beyond incredible.Chris and I exchanged multiple calls emails and txt messages to make sure the event was exactly how we wanted it. He always answered any questions immediately, and had a bunch of input on things I would have never thought of that made they day even better.The attention to detail and quality of service Chris and his team put into our wedding was second to none.They showed up when the said they would (even went out of his service area quite a bit cause there was no one near our venue).We had 4 types of fresh donuts handmade to order and our guests loved it!Our wedding was incredible thanks to Chris and duck donuts!!Google only allowed 5 stars but if I could they would get 100.Jennie and I are beyond grateful!!!!

Location is great for travelers, right beside a hotel and several other eateries. Food is fantastic, we visited twice during our stay.This morning, we ordered online and that's where the three star review comes in. We ordered two sandwiches, two donuts, two drinks. We asked for a large coffee and a medium latte. We received two medium lattes instead. We ordered a sausage sandwich with bacon added, and there was no bacon on it. We ordered a bacon sandwich with extra bacon and it had a single slice of bacon on it. The donuts were correct at least. We didn't realize there were issues until we were down the road a bit and not willing to go back as we'd started our trip home. $45 (including a $5 tip) was a bit much to pay for both drinks and both sandwiches being made wrong. If we come across another Duck Donuts, we will just stick to donuts I think.

I don't come often enough. Great experience on a dozen assorted. Friendly staff that were having fun as they prepared my order. Walked in there for the first time ever. Chris who is the owner but I wasnt aware of at the time, treated me with the outmost respect, great service, super passionate about the donuts. I'm personally not big on donuts but he opened a whole new world to me, the donuts are insanely good. So many different combinations. Every ingredient is home made and prepared right in front of you. Just perfect.

i work nearby this area and get the same coffee order every time and half the time its not correct. just today i left work on the clock to get it remade properly and they made me pay for the remake again? its disappointing to say the least.

I visited this location on two occasions and both experiences were extremely disappointing. Based on the most recent visit today, I know that I will never patronize this establishment again. The first visit was met with inexperienced young adults engaged in small conversations about patrons within the store. I left to pick up my order from a neighboring business, upon re-entering the store the young man who was in a leadership role said " Hey girl" your stuff is coming ok. I looked and provided a teachable moment sharing that statements as such is disrespectful as I am a seasoned woman and one of a certain age. Also, I ordered specifically " no bacon" on my donuts and of course my order was wrong. The other employees were not any better. Hence my order was remade and I left very disappointed. Today's visit was met with a negative outcome. I waited in line for 8 minutes to only be told the store was out of donuts. The young lady never offered any alternative but simply escorted me out the establishment as they closing. Unbeknownst to her, I saw two donuts in the holding. This was what I would refer to as "laziness and not customer service friendly". As an individual who has worked for close to 40 years and work in Higher Education, supporting, teaching and reaching future leaders, in evaluating, this establishment, one it is in need of resources to include a course in customer service etiquette and secondly, a course in diversity. My dollar is one well spent and my respect is even more imperative as consumers have the right to be treated with dignity and respect.

After seeing a post on Facebook about Ube flavored donuts , I made it to a point to go this past weekend to try it out. I love anything ube flavor and are very familiar with the taste. I ordered half a dozen Ube donuts and tried it as soon as I got in the car. Needless to say I was quite disappointed. It tasted nothing like ube flavor. It looks like they just put a purple food coloring on the icing. The donuts were good none the less, but unfortunately the flavor didn't hit the marks in my opinion.
