Devante was patient as I ordered my dozen. I was very indecisive and he reassured me to take my time. He was very respectful and well mannered. It is almost impossible to get this great level of excellent customer service. I always have a great experience when I come here. I love Duck Donuts in Norfolk, VA!

Look at this, how amazing these donuts are!!! I spent a full 10 minutes figuring out what I wanted, and not once did I ever feel rush or pressured, everybody was so incredibly nice. The atmospheric was very easy-going and down to earth and everyone was very helpful. i’ve never had made to order donuts, so watching this was absolutely incredible and because they need to order the freshness is also incredible, I’m not sure how much I can express this year...

We had a wonderful experience. Our order was large and we changed some items at the register. They were so accommodating and friendly. The donuts were delicious and they helped us pick fun flavors!
