I've never had a bad experience at Gong Cha/Food Paradise. The staff members have always been so kind, friendly, and helpful, and they have such a great array of options for food and the boba teas. I've never been disappointed with anything I've ordered there, the wait times are always reasonable. It's usually not much of a wait at all unless they're really busy. The prices are pretty reasonable as well. I also LOVE the decor and the atmosphere inside...
