I ordered 2 large Frisco combos with an extra Frisco sandwich, and they pulled me to the waiting parking spot while they prepared my order. When I got home to eat for my lunch break, I was missing one of the hash browns. I called the store back and the associate said I can come back to receive my missing item. That was nice of her but to have to be pulled over to wait for your order and they still missed putting the item in the bag is unacceptable.

Early morning they are slow need early workers to start breakfast so people can get work on time biscuits should be cooked by 4:30am atleast 100 of them then sausage and bacon should be precooked eggs should be only thing to cook fresh and this will move crowds 🥵

I ordered food through drive thru and my order was messed up so I came back to the establishment the young lady Rikea had the other young lady to correct the mistake with my food . Rikea handled the situation with so much grace and empathy . Her customer service was above and beyond and she deserves to know that her character spoke volumes . She immediately diffused the situation and was Abel to turn a negative into a positive . I never write reviews for companies but I had to...
