The level of unprofessionalism & un organization in this establishment is UNREAL. I started my first night as an employee here on 12/23/23 & didn't even make it a full 2 hours into the shift. I had to, first of all, go through hell & high water to even get a date for training. The managers are clueless when it comes to what needs to be done for new hires. (this is a whole story within itself). The day I start work.. I was just told what to do. No training.. NOTHING. I kept reminding...read full review
This is the worst McDonalds! It took 18 minutes to get 1 double cheeseburger!!!! There were only 3 people in front of me to make it even worse. The owners need to reconsider their management choice.

McDonald's offers a unique tall seating area but has slow service, especially in the drive-thru. The food is good, although sometimes the fries are not readily available. The restaurant is usually clean with around 20 parking spots. Customers enjoy the in-app deals and find the spicy mccrispy sandwich perfectly spiced. However, some have experienced overdone holiday pies. This location is one of the best McDonald's in Norfolk, not too far from ODU and the Ghent side of town. It features multiple touch screen panels for ordering. The manager was super helpful and the place was clean. But the drive-thru system could be more efficient, and there have been service issues and long waits for food. Some customers have had problems with the app glitching and orders not being received.
