The location at 8402 Tidewater dr Norfolk VA has been a hot mess for months!! It used to be my regular spot for my coffee and snacks for my kids. Now it's plagued with bad attitudes, stoned teenagers, long waits, and my latest experience..... no burgers on the burgers! For real man!

3 strikes and you’re out.
First time and second time… they left something out of my order after going through the drive-through. I said I would never go there again.
Gave them a third chance. Sat in the drive-through at the pick up window waiting for my food for over 10 minutes. Employee said they are waiting on my fillet of fish which they put in fresh whatever the hell that means. Asked me to pull in the parking space to wait...read full review
