Let me start off by saying the food and service were both good. However, when I got my bill, I noticed a 4% service fee and it was taxed. I asked the server if it was a credit card surcharge. She said no and it was to keep the computers running. Then, she added that’s what her manager told her to say. I was dumbfounded! Generally, those costs are built in, not added on. The food here is the biggest surprise. The chicken wings Wednesday are on special. Probably one of the best wings served in Norfolk. There are 2 sides to the establishment frequented by friendly locals in the Ocean View area.
