just left and i am absolutely angry. the worst customer service i’ve ever experienced. my husband and i wanted to pay for our food separately and the lady refused to let us do that. she stated “no i’m not going to do that right now the line is too long”. mind you there were only two cars behind us. she continued to argue back and wouldn’t take half a second to swipe my card after his. it’s not that she couldn’t do it, she simply did not want too. she then continued...read full review
Sat in line for 25 minutes at the drive through never acknowledged, no order taken, nothing. Finally left still without being acknowledged. Will NOT make the mistake of going there again. Pathetic customer service!
The food is great, the service is really, really bad, horrible.
1. You can't hardly hear what the employee is saying thru the speaker.
2. After taking my order, and quoting my price, they didn't confirm my order by repeating what I had ordered.
3. The employee was interrupted while taking my order, so I couldn't tell if the employee was taking to me, or to someone else.
