We visited the Shake Shack on Monticello and the service was outstanding! The manager who greeted us was friendly, courteous and professional. She went above and beyond to make our first time visit to Shake Shack exceptional! She is an asset to that restaurant!

I got a chocolate milkshake with my order, but the thing was it was not like a milkshake consistency. It was more like the chocolate drink that you would get like at your local supermarket. It was thick, but not like a milkshake. It was not cold as a milkshake it was so thin that you could have poured it through a fork. That’s how thin it was. The burger was really really good. Had plenty of flavor. I got spicy fries and they were really good with the ranch. $28 for one person
