The manager was terrific, but the burger was one step away from jerky.
The hamburgers were delicious. The onion rings were good too! I did not get a shake, but my grandson did, and he said it was delicious.
We visited the Shake Shack on Monticello and the service was outstanding! The manager who greeted us was friendly, courteous and professional. She went above and beyond to make our first time visit to Shake Shack exceptional! She is an asset to that restaurant!
