Skrimp Shack Reviews
The manager literally killed a roach on the counter with her hand 🤨 JUST SPLAT, BAREHANDED! Grabbed a rag from the Sani bucket wiped the counter, put the rag back & continued taking orders from customers. It’s very concerning she didn’t wash her hands!
Just wanted to say myself and my family had a pleasant experience dining in at this location. My family and I were visiting from CT and Kevin and his team was truly amazing and made us feel like family. The food was great as well! We will be back soon!
I got the oyster basket with potato salad and collards. Everything was delicious... oysters were very small.

The Skrimp Shack is a seafood restaurant that prides itself on professionalism and teamwork. The staff is dedicated to ensuring customer safety and efficiently handling any situations that arise. The restaurant is known for serving fresh, well-prepared seafood in generous portions, often enough for two. While some customers have expressed concerns, the overall experience remains positive, highlighted by helpful staff and high standards. The menu features a variety of seafood dishes, including fried okra, po' boys, catfish, and crab cakes, all cooked to perfection. Customers appreciate the inexpensive prices, especially for great fried fish, shellfish, and oysters. The restaurant's commitment to providing a great dining experience is evident, despite the walk-up counter ordering style and its location in a strip mall next to a Home Depot. Customers enjoy the dining atmosphere, with tables available for eating in and seating for waiting. The Big Cat dinner, which includes fried fish, mac and cheese, and fried okra, has received particular praise for its seasoning and taste. Overall, the Skrimp Shack continues to be a popular choice for seafood lovers.
