I'm not as regular anymore with cutting back on Starbucks. It's been a long time since I was a super regular. This review is for their main location in the open atrium.
My downgrade is due to consistently slow, or absent service. On a recent visit with no one other than me in line two staff were just chatting, I left without merchandise that was a Christmas gift mug.

the three baristas working early morning today (1/10) were actually so nice. i was having the worst morning and actually started sobbing when i got to the counter and they all were just the nicest people ever. made my day fr.
