Usually a great experience…. But one time decided to come when they opened and was told it will be 15 minutes for the boba to be ready. I guess a boba place can’t have things ready as they open, but 15 minutes was reasonable… 32 minutes later and still waiting for it to be “almost ready”. I’ve had great experiences here, but this was king of upsetting. UPDATE AND TO TOP IT OFF PEOPLE THAT ORDERED AFTER US GOT THEIR DRINKS FIRST

Food and drinks are great. Love this place. Hopefully I just a one off bad experience, but how do you guys open right at 10 and still not have boba ready? No prep before opening???? Had to wait an extra 30 minutes just to get my usual order since I came at opening.

Came here on Sunday, and well I have mixed opinions about it.
First, staff is really nice. They greet everyone that comes in and the place is clean, so no complaints at all with that. I love the board games that makes the wait easier and enjoyable.

Now, the food/drinks.
I ordered the MIXED fruits, came out as just mangoes that weren’t even ripe yet. Although that’s on me, because after checking the description they mention green mangoes...
