Went here for a quick dinner before a show. They had plenty of staff working behind the counter. Food was good, seasoned well and tasted fresh. Service was incredibly slow. I had a burger with fries, and then a side order of fries. It took 17 minutes to get my order. The person calling out the orders wasn’t talking to the kitchen which slowed down the food getting to customers.
Food is awesome! Would give it 5 stars but the service was lacking severely. It's one thing to be understaffed that's fine but they didnt greet anyone or have hospitality. Maybe it was a bad night idk but I still give them 4 stars!
Good food at fair prices, service can be slow at times but I don't think that should detract from their reputation given they serve hundreds of people in a day with limited staff.
