Umi Teriyaki & Sushi

Not what you are expecting of a mall food court teriyaki place... Small portions and way expensive for the amount of food you get. I wish I had seen the reviews before ordering here. And let's not forget the food was unseasoned and no teriyaki sauce whatsoever. 👎🏽

Wow, I’ve never had chicken teriyaki from a mall taste so nasty before. This is a first. Wayyyyyy too much salt and the teriyaki tastes nothing like teriyaki.

Chicken was bits of fried fat, no meat. For a plate with sprite, it was $20 and they wouldn’t let us have a refill after giving us mostly ice. 😖 rice was okay, but that was it. I should have read the reviews…

Ordered the shrimp vegetable noodles teriyaki. Where are the veggies? 2 little pieces of broccoli and 2 little shavings of carrot no bigger than 1/2” of spaghetti and maybe 3 small pieces of cabbage. Why write in the description of the dish vegetables because they were literally non existent. If your constipated I suggest you run not walk to eat at this establishment. 20 min after eating I was so sick and spent the rest of my shopping extravaganza frequenting all the restrooms at the outlet. The food is gross and over priced for the small portion and the obvious lack of cleanliness and proper handling of their food the establishment offers. I don’t advise you to eat here. Their doors will be shutting very soon at this rate.

My husband and I love mall teriyaki chicken and this was usually our go-to, but lately, like everyone has been saying, they just charge too much for too little. My husband ordered extra chicken for his teriyaki chicken meal and the portions looked the same with the regular size. If you're really hungry, I wouldn't recommend going here.

Paid for extra teriyaki sause and they wouldn't give soy sause. Business must be bad. I was the only dumb person to eat there. I should have known since one is eating there. Learn from my lesson and don't eat here. Food was terrible BTW.

Zero stars. This place discriminates against people with food allergies. I came today to try to order sushi and explained that I only had a TREE NUT allergy, but they still refused to serve me. Last I checked, that was AGAINST THE LAW. Now, if the guy had said that they couldn't guarantee the avoidance of cross-contamination and to order at my own risk, there would not have been a problem. But they just said they couldn't serve me. That's discrimination. I'm trying to get in touch with mall management to complain because the restaurant doesn't have a number of their own.

It's authentic and not Americanized so I guess that's the reason why people here hated it.

Came here after shopping ordered chicken teriyaki meal.. I didn't taste anything close to teriyaki on my food and the vegetables were salty. When I said something to the staff I was told no refunds and that I was the only one that complained all day about their food being tasteless and salty. I don't know what someone else's taste buds have to do with mine but staff was rude ready to argue they food was good. No!!!!!!!!!! I will never wat here again
