I was in the area and saw they had a special for Tuesday, 3 beef tacos for $5, walked in and was immediately greeted by Shay I believe, she was friendly and helpful. I ordered and found a spot to sit. She brought everything I ordered to me. The tacos were delicious and brought out fresh. Definitely a great value. The atmosphere is cozy and more of a bar like atmosphere with great locals enjoying their afternoons after work. If you are eating alone, this is a good spot to enjoy...
Neighborhood establishment. Near Old Doninion U. Food is good, subs are excellent. Try Mike's Special Italian sub, or the steak sub. The specials are priced right also. Friendly locals atmosphere. Wait staff/bartenders are great. Virtually no turnover in staff, nice to see the same bartenders, cook, every time we visit. Forgot to mention the pizza is really good, they've been making pies a long time.
I loved the staff & atmoshere the most here. Super cool people. A lot of people watching various sports programs on TV. People playing pool. Smoking section outside. Plenty of parking.
