“Chick A fila is the only recognized fast food restaurant on my purchasing list.the atmosphere is very welcoming. The staff is always healthy and hygieniccally clean in appearance. The food is of a tasty quality and the bathrooms are always clean. I am yet to find a bad or unclean location.

“Food was outstanding and the owner was incredibly friendly! Couldn’t decide what to get so ended up ordering 4 items and they were all fantastic (bun bun special, lemongrass pork bahn mi, Korean popcorn chicken, and the bulgogi fries). Highly recommend trying this place out!“

“We were in town visiting for a conference, and we found the restaurant online. We headed to the restaurant, but when we got there the owner explained that the restaurant had just closed for the evening. He gave us a few recommendations on other places to eat, and we started to search for an Uber. A few minutes later, the owner, Tysean, opened the door and offered to go back in the kitchen and cook something for us. We couldn’t pass that offer up. We waited for a few minutes, and he brought us out some of the best chicken I’ve eaten in a long time along with some, nicely seasoned potato wedges and hot buttery honey biscuits. Along with some honey mustard dipping sauce and sweet tea to wash it all down, we had an amazing meal. I’ll definitely be back, and you should visit if you are in Richmond.“

“Hello, I just went through the drive-through to get sweet tea for my wife and two-year-old son. As I pulled into the parking lot, the woman at the podium handing out receipts gave me a dirty look, possibly because of my loud exhaust. I proceeded to the line to order my beverage, and while I waited, she handed receipts to the two cars in front of me but stared at me and my car with the same look. She didn’t offer me a receipt, which my wife needs to scan for points on an app that helps us financially. I had to ask for one when I got to the window to pick up my drink. I noticed this number on the receipt, which belongs to the operator, Jason Umberger. I believe the employee may need some coaching on maintaining professionalism and not letting personal judgments affect her behavior at work. As a manager for a company in Virginia that sponsors VCU, the Flying Squirrels, and many others, I understand the importance of professional conduct in the workplace. This was 8/22/23 @ 6:19PM.“

“We came in twice today to try the new chicken sandwiches. Both times we were helped in the drive through by Joseph. And he remembered us. That means a lot. I know working in costumer service you see a lot of faces so for him to remember was something that made our night. On top of that they had amazing costumer service. They were fast, and worked amazingly from what we saw. They were extremely nice aswell. The workers were getting along and all together was making the Chick-fil-A a great atmosphere. “After watching the owners life story on the famous show Shark Tank, I decided to speed up my first visit to one of his restaurants .My God kids and I went to celebrate one of their birthdays. The atmosphere was vibrant. The kids enjoyed themselves. The fries were good, but the chicken fingers were off the chain excellent! Other than the taste, I was surprised how long they stayed very warm for the first 15 minutes of eating them. Definitely worth a visit if you love chicken- period!!“

“This Chic-fil-A is located in Chippenham hospital. The service is great. The staff is always friendly, the place is always clean and our food always hot. This is my go to when I don't feel like going all the way to the Forest Hill location.“

“The chicken was definitely steaming hot but when you take chicken right out and serve it right away. The chicken has not had time to settle and very difficult to bite. I have that experience with all fast food restaurants. If you ask as any restaurant to cook you a chicken out the grease the inside of the chicken is I'm not going to say raw but it is just not really to eat because it has not settled.“

“This place is fantastic. If you want a sense of nostalgia and great food, Raise the Roost is the place to go. It has that old time diner feel to it, wonderful people, great service, friendly environment. It's a shame that 7-Eleven corporate wants to diminish the flame of excellence by not supporting this location.“

“This Chick-FiL-A is always properly staffed! This order was like all the rest: ACCURATE! (We order from here with an embarrasing frequency, which increases the odds for errors!) I was concerned when they changed manager/operators, however the renovation and complete redesign of the drivethrough have improved both the anxiety of navigating the prior chicane drivethrough, and the inability sometimes to exit the north exit due to drivethrough high-traffic times, as well as the ability to navigate the parking lot on foot. Finally, the recent addition of the mobile order lane is a GAME CHANGER! No more waiting behind people who are attempting to order for 7, with specific modifications to half of the items, and paying with multiple payment methods! (We order for 4, so the app makes it EASY!) Now I zip in and there're rarely more than 2 cars ahead of us, and BAM! We have food before the people who'd ordered through a Chick-Fil-A employee minutes before we arrived. I thought Jonathan managed this place well. The new manager operator Blake is KILLING IT!“

“We do not have a Kentucky fried Chicken near where I live. This was not only a treat, but it was the best location I have been to. Usually, when I get the original recipe style, it comes out with a soft, greasy crust. THIS Ky Fry was on point! The chicken was moist and juicy, and the original recipe crust was still original, but not greasy at all! That, and the ladies that were there today on March 20th were incredibly welcoming, and fun to talk with. I am sorry I did not get their names, but I give them a shout out for a delicious lunch. Y'all need to send them down to Panama City Beach Florida and have them open up a branch there. We need y'all! I would very highly recommend this restaurant. It is very well managed.“
