“I just want to start by saying the manager Jordan was superb I ran into a situation where I went to the Popeyes, not too far from this location and was completely disgusted with the outcome Mr. Jordan Redeemed my feelings for Popeyes chicken I got hot fresh food, good service and he even apologized for the other stores mistakes couldn’t ask for any better management experience and you can tell his employees really feeds off his energy Can’t wait to go back in on top of it. “It was Sunday and it's football season. They were swamped and there was two people working at the time I went in. I ordered 10 pizzas for my son's birthday. I did have to wait a little while. I don't know the girl's name but she was a blonde hair girl with a ponytail. She was very accommodating and very nice about the wait time and she was absolutely killing the game while training somebody at the same time. They were so swamped and she was just locked in and crushing it. And I appreciate everything she was doing even though some people canceled their orders because of wait times,she didn't let that get to her. She just powered through. Got my order. Still told me that she was very sorry about the Wait time. It didn't matter to me because seeing her work ethic and power through something like that while people are standing there, watching and waiting is a true hospitality hero. Grear job, You should be proud of yourself.“
