Best sushi in Richmond. I only get the simple and classic rolls but Hibachi Sushi and Grill's sushi is so much better than any other place I have gone. Their sushi just melts in your mouth. There is a sweetness to the rice with the sesame seeds that is like no where else. I always get take out and have never eaten in. It is a small seating area and is more of a carry out than sit-down restaurant.
They have food bar service, it's a buffet, in this place you can pick any kind of food that you want, customer service is great, I recommend it
