“Best sushi in Richmond. I only get the simple and classic rolls but Hibachi Sushi and Grill's sushi is so much better than any other place I have gone. Their sushi just melts in your mouth. There is a sweetness to the rice with the sesame seeds that is like no where else. I always get take out and have never eaten in. It is a small seating area and is more of a carry out than sit-down restaurant.“

“I had an excellent solo dining experience at Nami in Richmond. From the moment I walked in, I felt completely comfortable and welcome. The atmosphere is stylish and upscale without feeling stuffy, and the service was attentive and friendly throughout my meal.
I started with the house ginger salad, which was fresh and had a really flavorful ginger dressing. The takoyaki was another highlight—perfectly cooked, full of flavor, and definitely something I would order again. I also had the white tuna, which was incredibly fresh, tender, and absolutely delicious.
What really stood out to me was that even though I was dining alone, I never felt rushed or overlooked. The combination of great service, a relaxing atmosphere, and excellent food made it a genuinely enjoyable experience.
Nami is definitely a place I'd recommend whether you're out with friends, on a date, or just treating yourself to a great meal. I'll absolutely be back!“

“Moni was our server and she is incredible. Knowledgeable about celiacs and never felt rushed. She knew what items had gluten and which ones were safe. The vibe inside were incredible feels like a safe spot for any occasion. Prices were reasonable around 10-15 dollars for a special roll.“

“The food is great and the atmosphere is great. I've been here several times. would have given five stars every time til this last time. The service was terrible, and because of that, the tip reflected it. Many items were entirely forgotten and never brought to the table. Then, because she didn't get the tip she wanted, for the poor service rendered, the waitress decided to be a bit a of a see you next Tuesday to my wife. Rude, unprofessional, petty, and childish. Will not return. 0/5 stars, specifically for the terrible service and crappy demeanor.“

“We tried the teriyaki chicken, beef, and shrimp. The chicken was the most flavorful; however, the other two were still delicious. We watched them cook all our food fresh and service was great. They also give you large portions. If you like teriyaki flavor and rice, you'll love this place. They also have sides and deserts, but unfortunately we didn't try any of those. We'll be back for sure.“

“I live Yoshi Sushi! They have always given me great service and very tasty food. I worked with sushi restaurants for about 10 years and I can say that the quality is great for the price. I always get the Tropical roll, it’s like dessert. The sushi rice is delicious, cooked just right. Nothing worse than sushi with overcooked rice. The foods that come from the kitchen are also great. Shrimp and veggie tempura, hibachi, and yaki soba are among my favorites.“

“Contrary to some recent reviews this place delivered exactly what I wanted. $25 after tax for a steak, shrimp, and chicken expressly cooked hibachi. Steak cooked medium for the best flavor, it definitely won out over the chicken. Shrimp was not rubbery in my experience. Large enough portion to have both lunch and dinner. Definitely will be going back.“

“One of my teams went to Kabuki Japanese Steak House for their team outing for lunch and I tagged along. The staff was friendly. The hibachi chef was funny and skilled. The food was good. I ate half my food, gave half away, and I was still stuffed at the end. I had the scallop lunch special. The prices were good for hibachi and the portions were healthy for lunch specials. I would return to this location again if in the area.“
