“The food is great and the atmosphere is great. I've been here several times. would have given five stars every time til this last time. The service was terrible, and because of that, the tip reflected it. Many items were entirely forgotten and never brought to the table. Then, because she didn't get the tip she wanted, for the poor service rendered, the waitress decided to be a bit a of a see you next Tuesday to my wife. Rude, unprofessional, petty, and childish. Will not return. 0/5 stars, specifically for the terrible service and crappy demeanor.“

“One of my teams went to Kabuki Japanese Steak House for their team outing for lunch and I tagged along. The staff was friendly. The hibachi chef was funny and skilled. The food was good. I ate half my food, gave half away, and I was still stuffed at the end. I had the scallop lunch special. The prices were good for hibachi and the portions were healthy for lunch specials. I would return to this location again if in the area.“

“I recently visited this hibachi restaurant and had an amazing experience! The shrimp with the side of scallops was absolutely delicious, cooked to perfection, and bursting with flavor. The vegetables were incredibly fresh, adding a nice crunch to the meal. I also requested extra onions, and they delivered! Everything on my plate was delightful. “Best sushi in Richmond. I only get the simple and classic rolls but Hibachi Sushi and Grill's sushi is so much better than any other place I have gone. Their sushi just melts in your mouth. There is a sweetness to the rice with the sesame seeds that is like no where else. I always get take out and have never eaten in. It is a small seating area and is more of a carry out than sit-down restaurant.“

“Ordered the chicken and shrimp teriyaki which was great. Everything is made to order so it's definitely hot when you get it. I just wish they gave you more vegetables with it because they taste good too lol. It's inside the mall so the hours are a little different.
