This was the best latin food we've had since moving to the East Coast .

Their two young daughters you may often see, doing their homework at a table in the dining area while their mom and dad are in the kitchen. Interior is quirky - sort of a gay Elvis vibe...but it works!

Service is excellent - waitstaff is friendly, well informed, and works as a team.

Food is always unique, and the menu changes up fairly often. Always love the creative names for the dishes! Proteins & preparation very much tilt French, albeit with a modern interpretation. I had escargot and rabbit last night, which were both divine. Have had stuffed quail, Coq au Vin and the Beef Swellington on prior visits, and have never been disappointed.

Cocktails are always good, and I really enjoy their selection of wines by the glass.

Prices are on the high side, but you're paying for the high quality ingredients and extensive prep that goes into each dish.

HOWEVER, during the reservation process, I was asked at least twice if there was a celebration and if so what type. I indicated on both occasions that it was a anniversary. I just assumed that when I was asked about the occasion that this occasion would somehow be acknowledged. It wasn't. (Happy anniversary). I heard the waiter at the table next to ours wish the celebrants a happy anniversary. Also, based on other reviews on this site, I noticed that a dessert was given to the celebrants as a memento. Not to our party. As I said, the service and food were excellent but missing the little "happy anniversary" left me and my wife feeling a little empty.“

I was a little disappointed to be charged $4 for two tablespoons of olive oil to go with the bread, especially as this was not something I was told up front. Every dish is served with so much olive oil, I would have just waited for one to arrive. The trout was cooked absolutely perfectly and the cheesecake was a perfect way to end the meal.“
