“Absolutely Phenomenal! We cannot thank the team at Grapevine enough for making our wedding day absolutely perfect. From start to finish, they went above and beyond in every single way, and we are so incredibly grateful. The food was absolutely delicious! We received countless compliments from our guests, but what they raved about just as much was the staff. Our guests could not stop talking about how incredibly nice, helpful, and amazing the servers and bartenders were. They brought such a warm, positive energy to our celebration and made sure everyone was taken care of. What blew us away even more was their incredible work ethic. Despite traveling 2 to 3 hours to get to our venue, the team arrived right on time and hit the ground running. When the night ended, they didn't just pack up and leave—they stayed to help with the cleanup. They left the kitchen absolutely spotless and made sure all the trash was taken out before they departed. If you are looking for a caterer that delivers stellar food, immaculate service, and a team that genuinely cares about making your day seamless, look no further than Grapevine. They are worth every single penny and more! A massive, heartfelt thank you to Rita, who helped us every single step of the way. “On 08/03/2022, my wife and I brought our cousins here to celebrate their 50th anniversary. The food and service was excellent. Our waiter was Sean. HOWEVER, during the reservation process, I was asked at least twice if there was a celebration and if so what type. I indicated on both occasions that it was a anniversary. I just assumed that when I was asked about the occasion that this occasion would somehow be acknowledged. It wasn't. (Happy anniversary). I heard the waiter at the table next to ours wish the celebrants a happy anniversary. Also, based on other reviews on this site, I noticed that a dessert was given to the celebrants as a memento. Not to our party. As I said, the service and food were excellent but missing the little "happy anniversary" left me and my wife feeling a little empty.“

“This was our 3rd time visiting while visiting Richmond for work. We are picky about BBQ. We used to own a BBQ restaurant in another state. Tonight was our last visit as we leave town. Pork has always been moist with no fat. We took a moment to talk to William and thank him for his hard work on the pork. All staff has been wonderful. Cheesy potatoes are great as well as blueberry cobbler and cherry cheesecake (make it hard for a Diabetic). 😁🐷. Was honored to be able to support Tunnel for Towers as well. Thank you for supporting the military and first responders. We will definitely visit other locations on our travels.“

“First Watch is now our favorite breakfast place to go. It was really bad years ago as far as time to serve. It was so bad we would drive to the one in west end and still be done sooner. After they removed the manager and automated the ordering system, we now give it an A+.“

“Great Food, Great service & Great atmosphere!! This is one of my top favorite restaurants. I've honestly never had a bad experience. I have gone for lunch, happy hoir and dinner! Almways great! The lamb chops, salads, truffle fries, cheesecake, drinks ("when doves cry" is my fav)... the list goes on. So very good! Try it for yourself...you wont be disappointed :)“

“When a menu has both Thai and British fare, try both! Second time in with my wife and the food is fantastic. The restaurant is clean and the service is great. We had the pad Thai and fish and chips with the haddock. Best F&C I've had. The fish was cooked perfectly, the batter was light and crisp. The pad Thai was top notch as well. My wife likes it so much we are taking my mother-in-law back when she visits from Michigan.“

“Went to Chen's for lunch today and the food was excellent as usual. Haven't been in years as I live in Chesterfield, but while working in Innsbrook ordered from there for years. It was nice to be greeted warmly, service was prompt and attentive and my Moo Shu Pork was a walk down memory lane. Delicious. Will definitely go again soon.“

“Menu choice was consistent as in past visits, however this visit was a bit disappointing overall. Slipping and falling while turning the corner to the restrooms was not how I expected to end the visit. While attempting to get up, noticed entirely too much water left on the floor (same as in restroom), and NO "wet floor" signage placed. I alerted a staff member of what happened and that signage needs to be up. Staff needs to ensure to NOT leave excessive water when mopping and throw up signs.“

It is a small and quaint atmosphere with some touches of Japan decor with lovely portraits of the majestic Mt. Fuji. Their hand rolled sushi was exceptional and their presentation was on point. “Update 5/2026~ Still a great location for quality food! Lanse (I hope I spelled her name right) is a hard working Mom of a new baby! Yet when we visited with our Moms on Mother’s Day, she went above and beyond to provide excellent service. From drinks, to food and extras, she was on point with a GREAT attitude! We are asking for her upon our return on July 4th.
Excellent waitstaff, and the management at this location is superb! We always have a wonderful fresh meal (with incredibly good pizza!!) One time the kitchen made a minor mistake with our order, and the manager went above & beyond to correct it promptly! Highly recommend! We frequent this location“

“"I had an great first time experience. The wait time was reasonable. The atmosphere was inviting, with great service from the friendly staff. Although l did witness this one young waitress (blonde hair braided in ponytail) come out the bathroom stall and walked right out the restroom and didn't wash her hands. I was highly disgusted. They need reiterate how in important for staff to wash their hands. On another note the menu offered a great selection, and the crab ragoon I ordered was incredibly delicious! The dessert ordered was delicious. l believe it was called Brule or something like that. Portion sizes were generous, and prices were reasonable but some were a little pricey. Other than that l do plan on returning again.“

“The food was called in and had to wait, no big deal the phone had been off hook for 30 minutes prior. Once ordered went to pick up, had correct food on ticket but got home the fajitas had no rice, beans, toppings or tortillas to go with just the chicken and vegetables and my sons tacos i asked for hard shell plain with nothing but chicken- again, when opening them at home and they had cheese melted all in the chicken no way to pick it off. Had to take order back up there and they had left the sides ou and apologized for them not making it to the bag and said that they would remake the tacos (which took 20 more minutes after having to go back out to get this all fixed). Left a hefty tip the first time for a takeout order and was very upset my family and kids were at home waiting for dinner and i had to go back out and get everything fixed because we set down to eat and realized none of the food was correct. They act like thats not inconveniencing and laughed it off as a simple mistake. Make sure you check your orders and open all the containers, as well, otherwise you could find yourself out of dinner, gas, and an extra hour of time in the end.“
