“Joe’s Out is connected to Joe’s In. Due to my schedule and my time in Richmond to see my son and his family, I’m always heading to Joe’s Out to grab amazing food and of course their fabulous Ice Cream! 9 out of 10 times I’m greeted by Austin, the young man that always smiles and provides you with great conversation and service. I can honestly say that I have never had better food and service from an establishment that caters to those of us that want to get hot tasty take out than Joe’s Out!
P.S. Their new Hot Chocolate ice cream is delicious 🤤“

“Absolutely friendly and wonderful staff, great food, and we witnessed a moment of humanity and kindness from a staff member I assume is the manager toward a woman who came in after us that nearly made me cry. The food is great and that’s reason enough to go back, but their mission of community support and visible and heartfelt recognition of the humanity of others in our community will have us going back again and again. Cannot wait to return! 15/10.“

“Absolutely Phenomenal! We cannot thank the team at Grapevine enough for making our wedding day absolutely perfect. From start to finish, they went above and beyond in every single way, and we are so incredibly grateful. The food was absolutely delicious! We received countless compliments from our guests, but what they raved about just as much was the staff. Our guests could not stop talking about how incredibly nice, helpful, and amazing the servers and bartenders were. They brought such a warm, positive energy to our celebration and made sure everyone was taken care of. What blew us away even more was their incredible work ethic. Despite traveling 2 to 3 hours to get to our venue, the team arrived right on time and hit the ground running. When the night ended, they didn't just pack up and leave—they stayed to help with the cleanup. They left the kitchen absolutely spotless and made sure all the trash was taken out before they departed. If you are looking for a caterer that delivers stellar food, immaculate service, and a team that genuinely cares about making your day seamless, look no further than Grapevine. They are worth every single penny and more! A massive, heartfelt thank you to Rita, who helped us every single step of the way. “This place has a great atmosphere and the staff is wonderful. We were just driving through Richmond and decided to stop here for a bite. My husband had the brisket sandwich which he said was fantastic. I had the trainwrek that was so large and outstanding I couldn’t finish it and have leftovers. The food is fresh and has exquisite flavor! If I’m ever in Richmond again I will be returning.“

“We had a private dinner served to us by the 2 partners of Tulsi. They came to Vinnie and Rebecca’s beautiful yard and gave us a cooking experience we will all never forget. They cooked up some speciality meals that were perfect. Chicken, fresh vegetables from the gardens, very spicy mushrooms and of course nam . Everything was perfect! “My pop came through town about two weeks ago. He said he wanted to grab lunch. I work nearby, and knew he loves a good burger. I was concerned because my mother (who loves cooking, loves learning new recipes, but has her classics and go-to’s, makes his burgers) would never hear the end of it, if the meal was awesome. Well. I was right. So my mom and my pops came to town and wanted to have dinner, with me and my partner. After politely asking us recommendations and subtly dodging each place my partner and I mentioned. My mom asks, “Where did you take Daddy for lunch?” We ended up hanging out and chatting while the staff started to close up. Great food. Every time. Great fast friendly service. Every time. Need a restaurant that your parents like to get them to visit? (Probably not) but THANK YOU, EAZZY BURGER!“

“On 08/03/2022, my wife and I brought our cousins here to celebrate their 50th anniversary. The food and service was excellent. Our waiter was Sean. HOWEVER, during the reservation process, I was asked at least twice if there was a celebration and if so what type. I indicated on both occasions that it was a anniversary. I just assumed that when I was asked about the occasion that this occasion would somehow be acknowledged. It wasn't. (Happy anniversary). I heard the waiter at the table next to ours wish the celebrants a happy anniversary. Also, based on other reviews on this site, I noticed that a dessert was given to the celebrants as a memento. Not to our party. As I said, the service and food were excellent but missing the little "happy anniversary" left me and my wife feeling a little empty.“

“This was our 3rd time visiting while visiting Richmond for work. We are picky about BBQ. We used to own a BBQ restaurant in another state. Tonight was our last visit as we leave town. Pork has always been moist with no fat. We took a moment to talk to William and thank him for his hard work on the pork. All staff has been wonderful. Cheesy potatoes are great as well as blueberry cobbler and cherry cheesecake (make it hard for a Diabetic). 😁🐷. Was honored to be able to support Tunnel for Towers as well. Thank you for supporting the military and first responders. We will definitely visit other locations on our travels.“
