“first I’d like to say the waitress me and my wife had was very friendly and service was exceptional the night shift crew has the best service we’ve ever experienced and they are hilarious our waitress we didn’t catch her name but she was light skin and curvy her and the light skin man with the beard they were picking light fun at the chef and it makes us feel like a place that’s very family oriented and special and a good vibe all around .. but to the point me and my wife ordered a all star and they were absolutely delicious ! Everything we asked for cooked to perfection and quality was amazing we will be continuing to come back here for years to come and showing love to the night shift !!!!!!!“

“My day started out pretty hectic, but I received the best service from 2 very friendly ladies at RVA that put a smile on my face. I only had time for a pumpkin spice iced coffee pick me up, but it was delicious! I HIGHLY recommend this place just for the vibes and sweet service alone! Next time, I’ll be trying the food.“

“As I entered IHOP, I was greeted by Valencia. She was very courteous, and had a beautiful smile on her face. When she took me to my table, she stated that Jason would be my server. I was so pleased, because I remembered Jason from my last visit, probably about a month ago. Jason provided excellent service, including ensuring that I didn’t need anything. Jason is truly someone that you will find attentive, friendly, and very respectful. His kindness is contagious and inspiring. He is so attentive to each customer’s needs. Over the past year, I have visited IHOP a few times. Obviously, there is a great management team. As I was sitting at my table this morning, I was thinking about how amazing the service was at IHOP. I noticed other servers smiling, and taking the time to greet customers that weren’t even assigned to them. I’m not exaggerating, that over the past year, I feel like I am at a 5- star restaurant. Thank you, Chester IHOP, Valencia, Jason, and management.“

“After an entire day of flying, fate brought us to this particular Waffle House for our 9:00 PM dinner on our first night in Richmond. The staff was incredibly friendly, the service was fast, and the food was excellent. We couldn't have asked for a better first time Waffle House experience!“

“This was my first time at Waffle House last week at 1:40 am after my flight came in from Richmond, the breakfast sandwiches were fire and the lady that worked the walk up counter was very sweet.
It was so good I decided to get it at 3pm before my flight home today. The biscuit and gravy was on point. 10/10 I NEED WH in the PNW. Make it happen WAFFLE HOUSE!“

“We were a big group and a man I want to say Brian was our server all alone! He was great but I think the manager could of helped assist him more. He was running all over the place. He forgot a few things of mine but I didn't say anything because I felt bad and I didn't get a refill on my drink but once and that was at the end of my meal. I felt like he hid once everyone was eating lol 😆 but the food quality was good I would try this place again“

“I came in for a to go order and after speaking with eddy, I ended up seating down, he’s amazing when it comes to the menu, I created my omelette and I think he created it for me instead after asking about the topping they had inside the store. I will come again and will dine in I was in a rush to go to work and the food come out fast I was not late to work which made happy“
