“The employee (or possibly manager by now) named Esmeralda at the BK at 3035 Centreville Road is always very friendly to customers and always very courteous and helpful when advising customers when customers want to know more about the food or prices, etc. Esmeralda is always doing something. Even when there are no customers to be served she is always cleaning, mopping, emptying trash cans, filling the drink machine with ice, etc. She is very cheerful, courteous, and talks to customers so that the dining experience is always a pleasant one. “I have met some of the most sweetest customers come through the Drive thru! I’m glad I get to be a part of the team as well as a customer! My favorite go to Burger is a Dbl Cheeseburger with BBQ sauce, mayo, pickles and red onion …It’s made fresh when ordered!“

“It was Taco Bell as you would expect but the guy working the counter was well above what you would expect from Taco Bell. He actually stopped cleaning off tables when he saw me come in, told me I didn't need to use the kiosk and that he would be happy to help me at the counter. He then went on to offer suggestions when I took a couple minutes to figure out what I wanted. I ended up ordering one of his suggestions. Top Notch!“

“We frequent this particular Taco Bell because it's the one closest to us. They are pretty speedy but sometimes to a fault. You may have missing items or the wrong item. In rare instances we have had stale bread products that are either hard or tuff to eat ( this doesn't happen too often) but it's disappointing when it does. They have some staff that are just not people oriented and there are a couple that are great and very helpful. I must say that most of the time our food is fresh and served fast.

“The counter gal who waited on me was a great employee. Name is Jamie. It was so crowded, inside and the drive through also. She was very attentive to each customer and handled all the crowd and confusion very well. She is a plus to this establishment. She was focused and took care of each customer. I commented to her on keeping it together and staying calm. This was the DQ on Blizzard Dr. in Parkersburg, WV.“

“I could feel the love and care put in my food. I’m extremely grateful especially because it was very late. I was still treated with exceptionally good service to the extent that I was shocked. I’m not sure of his name but he worked late shift, had a fluffy beard and was Caucasian. He deserves a promotion.“

“I stop here every time I have a work trip to this area. It is a staple location for consistent pizza on my work trips. I enjoy dining in. It is easy location right off road from local plant on my way to hotel. Has been clean when I have visited and local staff is always friendly and fast. Love the pizza and other options when I am in the mood. Dine in is relaxing and quiet. I will come here again on my next trip. Keep up the good work!

Parking: Easy access right off main road and plenty of parking. Easy to get out of in my experience.
