“My husband and I are currently on the Whole30 diet. We saw that Tropical Smoothie Cafe was able to make drinks that were approved by the diet, so we decided to stop in. When we went inside, the manager, Tim, showed us the menu with everything in all the smoothies, and he talked to us about what we could and couldn’t have in them. He was very concerned with making sure we got exactly what we needed to keep to our diet. I am very impressed with the management and the staff at this location. Overall, the experience was great and the smoothie was even better.“

Shazia and her team always make you feel welcome, and it feels good to support their business. My entire family goes there many times per week, and it's always a great experience.“

This is the best one out of the few in the area - the staff is awesome, the store has a nice layout and is always clean - the employees do everything right, even when super busy. “Last night in a rush, I came to grab dinner and under much pressure and time restraints, not only was I greeted with a beautiful smile by Layla, but the team prepared my food and smoothie in a jiffy! I honestly felt like it was made with love and you could tell the ingredients were fresh and the flatbread was well-prepared. After a long, hard day, something so small like a trip to Trop (lol) really put me in a much better mood. The place was clean and while I waited, the small talk with the team was refreshing. They seem super knowledgable on the menu items and suggested a few new additions I can order next time. I am not one to leave reviews often (sad, but true) but this visit left me no choice! Latin for bowl. Just saying that because I heard someone mispronounce it. Look I’m a big fan Açai bowls and smoothies rather than ice cream. I definitely feel better as a dad giving them organic açai antioxidants and has such a cool story from its beach side start up.
Seating is limited however, if you do happen to score a outside table with a huge umbrella, you’ll be lucky to people watch during the busy mosaic weekends. Additionally, I’ve had the cold brew and it’s pretty strong nothing fancy just strong caffeine.“

“Visited the newly opened Tapioca Express in Herndon today. Enjoyed their boba and was surprised they had so many snack options!! Favorites were the shrimp tempura with sweet chili sauce and the fried string beans. They didn’t seem very fried which is good in my book. Nicely seasoned too. Their crispy chicken was also good we were able to choose the spice level and I went with medium which was perfect. The chichi fries were great… love the chichi sauce that comes with it! As for drinks I loved the Mangonada. It was so beautiful and delicious for how hot and humid it was outside. Also enjoyed the honeydew snow bubble and combination yogurt frost which tasted similar to a Greek yogurt parfait with fruit. The staff was very friendly, the space is cute but small more of a to-go and enjoy outside type of place. They do however have a high top table if you’re able to snag it! Definitely coming back to try more of their menu soon!“

She always greets me warmly with a smile and by name, making me feel genuinely welcomed. My order is always ready on time, and she goes out of her way to ensure everything is perfect. “This is a great idea to bring people closer to the Lord. on top of that. they support local roasters and even have some whole beans in store. Great way to support local within local while being able to pray or do work. very quiet. very welcoming. no one is demanding you to pray to get coffee. it's the most unique coffee shop I've ever been to. the idea. the layout. everything is great. I got a sandwich and some beans. Great spot“

“My 4-month-old and I absolutely love this place. The ambiance, environment, and design are wonderfully spacious and kid-friendly. The top-notch food and drinks, especially the fresh sugar cane juice, are my personal favorites. My little one would probably agree if he could express it (maybe in a year). Overall, I'd rate this place 9.5/10. The only thing missing is an entertainment center or a selfie/promo spot for young adults, but they more than make up for it with their incredible drink.“
