“It’s been two years since I’ve been back here and I ordered the same lovely cranberry salad with warm goat cheese on top. The difference in two years was that the goat cheese was 1/4 of the original size. It made me sad. Servers were great. Outdoor location was wonderful. Food was just so so.”

“We just want to see the Occoquan old city area just had a close look at the elegance of this beautiful location and want to have a cup of coffee and any snacks, found this Bally whack shack cafe, awesome location went up to the coffee shop ordered some lattes also muffin, the service was excellent, very kind staff on counter, feeling an antique, atmosphere around, had coffee And snacks at outside really enjoying awesome beauty of nature from there . “Went with my boyfriend to grab a coffee earlier in the day. I had a mocha and it was perfect! We had to come back the same day later in the afternoon to get some sandwiches before we hit the road again. When I say these sandwiches were 10/10, I MEAN IT!!! Definitely my boyfriend and I’s new spot every time we come back to the area. Thanks guys! Beautiful cafe inside as well.”

“We will definitely return! Totally were pleased to see a great outdoor area close to kayaking. Service couldn't be better. Delivery was unexpectedly quick! The popcorn shrimp was ample and so well seasoned. The hot pretzel came out overcooked and too hard, but they were so accommodating with a replacement, and didn't ask for it, but they refunded us for the inconvenience. Totally unnecessary, but the thoughtfulness and friendliness caught our attention and is a large reason we'll continue to patronize them. Also, I could definitely bring home a large dish of the cucumber salad -- so refreshing and tasty! Hope there's a fall/winter plan to keep it open. We noticed there were individual fire pits/tables. ☆☆☆☆☆”

“Such a cute place with great food & drinks. We got the hummus and veggies, but you must try the breakfast on the 'quan shooters - they have bacon 🥓 and orange juice! Their back patio has blankets on every chair and the atmosphere is so quaint. The owner is personable and accommodating. We will be back again!”

“I love this restaurant. Everything about it from the service to the environment and especially the delicious food is incredible. It helps to either have reservations or selecting a time that isn’t as busy because it’s so popular. My family and I have been eating there for over a year and been back many times. We love the bada bing shrimp for our appetizer. And my favorite personal entrée is the spicy seafood. Here’s a picture of it with a wide ribbon noodle maybeI weither tagliatelle or papardele. Just incredible. Homemade fresh pasta. Five stars out of five for sure.”
