We stayed at the Charlotte Hotel in Onancock for my wife’s birthday weekend. The staff (Dee & Felicia) were friendly & helpful. The room was clean & cozy and we were pleased that the hotel is dog friendly. We enjoyed cocktails at the bar & the Sunday breakfast buffet.
Most of the shops & restaurants are walkable from the hotel. We enjoyed shopping at Louise’s boutique, Local, North Street Market, Foggy Cafe, and Corner Bakery (yum)!

We recently stayed for an evening at The Charlotte. Beautiful space, great food & service. Dinner & brunch were cooked to perfection, with the kindest staff! Highly recommend & we will be returning soon!
What a lovely and beautiful hotel and restaurant! Excellent menu, and intimate enough to chat with those around us while we dined and enjoyed the live music during dinner. The room was cozy, and the bed was heavenly! dinner and breakfast were delicious. We'll be back!
