We waited 25 minutes for our food, my feet stuck to the floor, there were flies everywhere, and people were yelling in the restaurant. Very poor!

Service experiences vary; the drive-thru sometimes makes customers pull ahead to wait, and one visit had no change. Staff friendliness is inconsistent, with one woman acting not friendly. However, another visit included great service with food delivered to the table, special order, fast and hot. A staff member went above and beyond. It is considered the best fast food, though not available in the North East.
