Bluegrass in Pembroke is by far the best bbq in over a 100 mile radius. I consider myself a Smoked meats & BBQ snob. Pretty much everywhere we have tried in the SWV area is mediocre at best. Finding good properly slow smoked brisket, ribs and pulled pork is getting harder and harder to find, or at a decent price. Well, you can stop looking if you're near the area and stop into Bluegrass!

Went there after church with friends few Sundays ago. I loved the beef brisket , and sweet potato casserole, slaw was ok. Grandson enjoyed his chicken wings and hubby enjoyed his pork sliders. Generous portions. Friendly staff. They were very busy and we still were served in a timely manner. Definitely recommend this place.
