I normally don't dish out one-star reviews, but when a surly tells me that they're out of chicken tenders at 1945 hours on a Thursday, then I will express my extreme disappointment. It's a failure on two fronts -- customer service, and management.
UPDATE: They have tenders. They're just frozen, according the the surly drive thru cashier 🙄
